Special Notes

1. Faximum Software provides client (i.e. desktop) support for Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT 4, and 2000. Faximum has not released its server components for Microsoft Windows because in our experience no Microsoft operating system yet provides the reliability or stability required of a critical messaging facility such as fax. Only UNIX and Linux provides the level of dependability that Faximum and Faximum's customers demand of fax servers.
2. Faximum ELS, PLUS, Client Server, and FMS SDK can fax-enable applications running on Microsoft Windows (9x, NT, 2K) through the Line Printer Intercept feature. The Line Printer Intercept enables applications to send print jobs to the UNIX/Linux spooler .
