Faximum Technical Support provides a number of resources for its customers to assist in the installation and use of our software.

If you have not purchased Technical Support and/or are evaluating the software, you may sometimes obtain free assistance by posting your question or problem for others to help you. Select the "Discussion Groups link to the left to access these discussion groups.

The discussion groups also provide you with an opportunity to suggest features for future releases of our software products.

There is also a comprehensive list of TechNotes that cover many of the issues that have arisen in the past with our software.
