from one product to another (say ELS to FMS) and/or from one
platform to another need only pay the difference (i.e. delta)
between their existing product and the new product (or zero
if the difference is negative) plus $150 plus any
upgrade fees. Upgrade fees are calculated by determining the version of the
new product that was current at the time the product to be exchanged was
purchased and then computing the cost (if any) to bring that version up to
the current release.
If you do not have a current technical support contract and
the new product is to
be installed on a different machine then there is also a $95
MID transfer fee.

| l. Machine transfers
are only available for the current release of any software product.
Customers wishing to transfer older releases of their software to a different
system will have to upgrade in order to obtain the new activation key.
