The Account Log

The Account Log contains a record of every transmission attempt and every reception. Users view entries that relate to their own submissions or receipts. The FSA views all entries.

Each account log entry includes the following:

• User Name - for transmitted faxes only.
• Date
• Start Time - in POSIX notation (standard UNIX time notation)
• Fax Operation - either Transmit or Receive
• To Name - information in the To Name field on the Fax Composer window. For transmitted faxes only.
• Fax Number
• Pages
• Status

You can display additional fields by choosing the Detail button.
