Faximum supplies the following sample styles.
The Default style is the same as Cover Sheet (Fine).
Cover Sheet (Fine) - a fine resolution, letter-sized cover sheet
Cover Sheet (Standard) - a standard resolution, letter-sized cover sheet
No Cover Sheet (Fine) - a fine resolution style with no
cover sheet at all.
No Cover Sheet (Standard) - a standard resolution style with no
cover sheet at all.
Note: These files are not present when Faximum is first installed but are produced by running the newcovers script.
Note: Your FSA should fill in the correct TSI number for the Styles. See CSI and TSI Values. You may also wish to change the second banner string to reflect your company name.
