Normally there no modem configuration required. The FMS software will send the necessary commands to the modem to enable it to operate in the manner required by the fax software. If you have a multi-line FMS system and wish to configure some lines to be inbound only or outbound only then please contact Faximum Technical Support for details. Similarly, if you are working on phone lines that do not support DTMF (a.k.a. touch-tone) dialling and require pulse dialling, please contact Technical Support.
