Administration Tasks

The Fax System Administrator (FSA) is responsible for:

Installing a modem and installing Faximum software (see your printed documentation).
Setting up and maintaining the fax system database files.
Monitoring the fax server and the fax lines

Becoming the Fax System Administrator (FSA)

If you have permission to be the Fax System Administrator (FSA) you will have a Fax Administrator menu item on the Admin pulldown menu of the Compose Outgoing Fax and Browse Received Fax windows. Use this choice to enable yourself as the FSA. Use the same menu item to become a non-FSA user again.
