Optional Data Fields

The Fax # field is the only required field on the To area of the Compose Outgoing Fax window. The other fields are optional. They allow you to give the receiver more information about who should get the fax:

Alternate Fax #
Name
Message
Title
Department
Company

You can enter any text you wish in the Name, Title, Department, and Company fields. Faximum does not process the text - it only adds the text to the cover sheet.

The optional data fields only appear if they are defined for the current coversheet, as defined by the current style.
