Actions

Actions are directives to process incoming faxes. Authorized users can create, modify, and delete action records. The FSA gives access to the Actions Database and the corresponding TSI registration. The FSA may become a user and then create, modify, and delete action records as well.

An action is made up of an action name four action types. You can specify from one to four action types for the same action. Faximum supports the following action types:

• Email - identifies the electronic mail address to notify of the arrival of the fax. Use any valid email address. For example:

• Queue - identifies the user ID (user's login name) of the user to receive this fax. If this action type is specified, the incoming fax will be routed to the user's inbox.
