Incoming Fax Routing

You can set up Incoming Fax Routing so that Faximum Client/Server will perform one or more of the following operations when it receives a fax from an outside caller:

• Send you an email message stating that the fax has arrived.
• Automatically direct (route) the fax to your inbox. (viewable in the Fax Browser window).
• Execute a shell command that you specify.
• Automatically forward a copy of the fax to someone else.

Incoming fax routing may be set up such that all faxes are processed in the same manner, or that faxes that contain a particular TSI registration (faxes that originate from a specified Fax number) are processed specially.

If an incoming fax is not routed to an inbox by Incoming Fax Routing, Faximum Client/Server enters it in General Delivery.
