The Browse Alias Directory Window

Use the Browse Alias Directory dialog to create, modify, or delete aliases.

The Browse Alias Directory window displays the list of aliases that you have defined on the left hand side of the dialog.

When an individual alias is selected, the information for that alias is displayed on the right hand side of the dialog. When a group alias is selected, the members of the group are displayed on the right hand side.

The Browse Alias Directory window has the following buttons:

• Add - create an individual alias
• Add Group - create a group alias
• Delete - delete the selected alias
• Edit - edit the selected alias
• Copy Back - copy the information in the selected alias back to the Fax Composer window
• Close - close the dialog

The Add, Add Group, and Edit buttons display dialogs that allow you to perform the selected task. Each dialog has its own help instructions.
