Claim Fax

1. Select a fax from the general delivery folder.
2. Choose the View Coversheet button to view the first page of the fax.
3. If the fax is the one you want to claim, choose the Claim Fax button.

Faximum performs the following steps:

• Transfers the fax to your inbox.
• Deletes the fax from the general delivery folder.
• Highlights your inbox folder and highlights (selects) the fax you just claimed.

Since the fax is automatically highlighted, choose the View Fax button to view the newly claimed fax.

To claim another fax, select the general delivery folder and repeat steps 1 through 3.
